The conference given by the co-director as part of the training activities of the Economic and Social Council of the Province of Jaén is hereby reported, in line with what was approved in the previous minutes.

4. Análisis de propuestas para la memoria de actividades 2026 y su plan financiero
Various options are analysed, based on the results of the needs analysis carried out on 25 May and Celes’ contacts with the Provincial Council teams potentially interested in training workshops to establish a calendar of activities that can be included in the Provincial Council of Jaén’s programme of activities. As a result, it is agreed to request UJA degrees, within the micro-credentials option, and to reserve a quota for Provincial Council of Jaén staff, which will be covered financially by the Chair, as part of its training tasks during working hours. In addition, it is approved to make arrangements for an online training workshop on self-harming behaviour during working hours, taught by Prof. Victoria Soto, given the excellent evaluations of the one held in person on 25 October. Likewise, funds are set aside for the organisation and management of an outreach and transfer event during World Mental Health Week, as well as other transfer, training and/or R&D&I promotion events. In addition, an amount is allocated for the maintenance of the Chair’s website and for the Award for the best research work on the Chair’s subject matter within the activities to promote R&D&I. Finally, it is approved to reserve an amount for an Ícaro scholarship for extracurricular internships and for travel and subsistence expenses for the representation of the Chair at events and activities related to the Chair’s objective.
